100-Nights Free Trial Policy for Mattress

 

In purchasing our product, you agree to the trial conditions as below:
 
This 100-Day Trial Policy applies to all products of Vesper.
 
 
If within the first 100 days of receiving delivery or self-collection of your new mattress you’re not completely satisfied—for any reason—you may return it for a full refund by writing to us at aloha@vespersleep.com and indicating your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange for a pick up of your mattress from your residence. 
 
 
If a pickup of your product is necessary, Vesper will cover the related charges. However, your mattress must be in Singapore at the time you wish to take advantage of the 100-Night Trial Policy.
 
Once we have collected it and assessed the product, your total payment to Vesper will be refunded.
  • The 100-Night Trial starts from the date you receive your product via delivery or self-collection. This is applicable to both in-stock products and pre-orders.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must be a Vesper customer and have been sleeping on your mattress for at least 25 days. To adjust and achieve optimal sleeping comfort, we require you to try mattress for at least 25 days before submitting a return request.
  • A proof-of-purchase or an invoice is required during the submission of return request.
  • Your pick up address must be the same as delivery address.
  • If you are not reachable or do not respond to our attempts to contact you with regards to your return request after the 100-Night Trial period, you are no longer eligible for a return.
  • The 100-Night Trial is limited to one product per household and cannot be used to exchange for another size or product. You are not eligible for a return if you have ordered the wrong size or want to change the size. If you buy multiple quantity of a single product, you are eligible to return only ONE of that product for refund within the trial period.
  • Returned products must be in good condition. In the event that the product has damaged or stained, a refund will not be granted.
  • Vesper will charge $100 for failed pick ups, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Vesper will charge $50 for disposal of your old mattress should you opt in for this service.
 
We will refund your money after we have received the product back at our warehouse. The refund will be sent back through the original mode of payment. This process will take 7 – 14 business days.
