The Vesper Mattress is ready to use almost immediately, although we recommend waiting 2 to 3 days for the mattress to reach it's optimal form and comfort.

We believe the best way to find out whether a mattress is suitable for you is to actually sleep on it. You'll have a free 100-nights trial when you have received your brand new mattress in the comfort of your own home. If the mattress isn't suitable for you for whatever reason, please email our support team and we'll arrange for a free pick up. No Questions Asked. Once collected, you'll receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Buyers qualify for a 100-nights trial return for one(1) mattress only per shipping address. Returned products are either donated to the local charities or recycling organisations.

Vesper requires that customers sleep on the mattress for 25 night trial to allow the customer adequate time to adjust to the new mattress and properly gauge their satisfaction.

All mattresses are covered by a 10 years limited warranty from the date of delivery to your home. All Vesper warranties are non-transferable and extend to the original purchaser.


Shipping is 100% free on all orders.

Orders for in stock items typically ship within 3-4 working days (excluding public holidays). Upon purchase, you will be contacted by our third-party logistics to schedule a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.

Yes we do help to dispose existing mattress with a flat fee of $50 to be paid to the third party logistics. There will be an additional $10 dollars per level for areas with no lift access.
